1020 BIRCH GLEN VILLA 13 WEEK 2 PET FRIENDLY Road (40056853)
$109,900About the Property
Pet friendly, end unit! Fractional ownership means you buy 1/10th ownership in Villa 13. This gives you exclusive use of the Villa 13 for 5 weeks of the year including the core summer week which in 2021 starts July 2. This is NOT a time share. Other weeks in 2021 are March 5, March 12, May 28, September 3. Weeks for the following year are chosen in September and the pick order rotates so if you were in #1 place this year, then next year you'd be in #10 place. Some owners rent their weeks to help cover annual maintenance fees which for this unit in 2021 are $5819.50 (including HST). The Landscapes has set the list/asking price for all the Phase 2 units so that it must be at least what the Seller paid for it. However the Seller is free to accept a lower price, so try your offer! The Landscapes is part of The Registry Collection which allows you to trade your weeks for weeks at some of the world's most luxurious developments. The Landscapes offers a resort-style setting with sandy beach, boating, salt water outdoor pool, skating rink, clubhouse, boathouse and more. Lots of parking. Viewings on Friday afternoons (1-4 pm) but must be with a Realtor to view. (id:42159)

Lake of Bays
The Township of Lake of Bays offers more than 100 pristine lakes for you to enjoy waterfront recreation and stunning views. Lake of Bays, for which the township is named, is the 2nd largest lake in Muskoka, with 170 kilometres of shoreline. Within the lake are more than a dozen islands – including Pancake and Peanut Islands. The area’s welcoming communities (Baysville, Dorset, Dwight and Hillside), and beautiful scenery, make it a popular destination, summer and winter.
About 2.5 hours north of Toronto, in the northeastern corner of the Muskoka region, Lake of Bays Township was established in 1971 as one of six municipalities within the district of Muskoka. In the early 20th century, several resort hotels opened on the lake and became destinations for celebrities.
There’s always something to enjoy in Lake of Bays –boat cruises, scuba diving, kayaking, canoeing, golfing, snowmobiling, skiing, snowshoeing and of course, swimming.
Experience the dark crystal waters, majestic forest and rugged granite outcrops of Lake of Bays. You may never want to leave.
